Aligned with our strategy 2025-2030, the DHL UK Foundation is committed to supporting young people who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET). Through our exciting new partnership with the charity Catch22, we will provide targeted support and practical resources that can help young people NEET (aged 16-25) to rebuild confidence and take positive steps towards sustainable employment.

Catch22 have a wealth of experience in delivering high quality, award-winning employability programmes. They offer tailored support to respond to young people’s specific needs and identify work opportunities in different industries.

The DHL UK Foundation will launch the GoTeach programme with Catch22 in Spring 2026 supporting young people from the East Midlands. GoTeach will support young people to develop their employability skills while offering them insight into the world of logistics and its career opportunities.

Catch22 will deliver together with DHL volunteers a structured three-session framework with virtual insight sessions, CV writing and interview skills workshops and an in-person DHL site visit. Catch22 will provide comprehensive support to volunteers throughout the volunteering journey, helping to deliver meaningful outcomes for the young people and a positive, rewarding experience for volunteers. Catch22 career coaches will continue supporting young people for 6 months following the completion of their employability training.

The DHL UK Foundation will continue to be in touch with opportunities for DHL employees to sign up to GoTeach activities. With the option to volunteer virtually, you will not need to be based in the East Midlands to support this new programme.
