Become a Trustee of the DHL UK Foundation

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? The DHL UK Foundation is recruiting three new Trustees to join its Board and help deliver our bold new strategy to tackle youth unemployment across the UK.

As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Foundation’s work, ensuring strong governance, and supporting programmes that help underserved young people access decent employment and thrive in their careers.

We’re looking for committed leaders from across DHL who are ready to be active ambassadors for the Foundation. We welcome applications from professionals with expertise in:

• Youth employment and social mobility
• Legal or governance matters in the charity sector
• Safeguarding and working with young people

This is a voluntary role with a time commitment of around 4–6 days per year, plus optional involvement in committees and programme visits. Trustees serve an initial three-year term.
