At DHL, we are committed to addressing youth unemployment through our GoTeach initiative. As part of the DHL UK Foundation’s strategy for 2025-2030, we are excited to introduce two new partners: Lift Schools and The Talent Foundry. Together, we aim to unlock opportunities for underserved young people and equip them with the skills they need to succeed in their careers.
Lift Schools is one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in the country, dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for secondary school students aged 11-18. Through their network of schools, Lift Schools plays a crucial role in addressing regional disparities in education and closing the ‘destinations gap’. Our partnership will enhance their careers strategy by integrating the GoTeach program into their curriculum, ensuring that students receive the guidance and support they need as they begin to explore their career paths.
The Talent Foundry is an education charity focused on increasing social mobility for young people across the UK. By collaborating with schools, The Talent Foundry aims to inspire and empower students, helping them overcome barriers to employment. Our partnership will provide young people with the confidence and skills necessary to thrive in their future careers, ensuring they are well-prepared for the workforce.
The DHL UK Foundation will be reaching out in the coming months with opportunities for employees to participate in GoTeach activities. If you’re interested in making a difference, please register your interest by completing our GoTeach sign-up form. For any questions, feel free to contact us at GoTeachUK@dhl.com.
Together, with our GoTeach partners, we are committed to empowering the next generation and creating pathways to success for underserved young people.
